Requisitions, prepares, cooks, portions and stores all food needed to meet production
requirements of the patient tray line and cafeteria, following the production schedule or
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
2 years of restaurant or institutional food service.
Ability to train and lead the work of THIRD Cooks and Salad preparers.
Willing and able to taste all food prepared.
Able to distinguish flavorings and saltiness
