Provides clinical pharmacy services for optimal, cost effective patient care in neonatal
and/or pediatric patients.
Educates health professionals, pharmacy staff, patients and students through in-services
and written/verbal materials.
Scheduled Days / Hours: Weekdays
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from accredited School of Pharmacy
Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience) or graduate of a Doctor of Pharmacy Program required.
Postgraduate residency/fellowship in neonatology or pediatrics required (prior experience considered).
