Responsible for training Cooper Health System users on clinical and/or revenue cycle applications and systems including, but not limited to, EPIC (Electronic Health Record), Centricity Business (IDX), HealthQuest and ImageCast.
Designs and develops core curriculum for classroom and web-based training, including learning materials, training schedules and surveys.
Creates and maintains technical manuals and user reference materials.
Documents related work flows, policies and procedures.
Participates in and supports the design, build, testing and implementation of clinical and operational systems.
Coordinates user training and provides on-site go-live support.
Participates in implementation of new or upgraded software applications, code review, quality control, on-call and change management activities.
Monitors quality assurance, performs needs assessments and collaborates routinely with department managers to develop user skills to continually improve customer service, productivity and quality.
Scheduled Days / Hours: M-F 8-4:30
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
Minimum 3 years technical training experience in health care environment or corporate setting.
EPIC & Centricity Business (Flowcast) Certifications preferred
Superior computer skills; excellent presentation, communication (verbal and written), analytical, customer service, organizational and time management skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate people.
