Provides direct support for the Hem Onc Division chair/co -chair and associate physcians.
Oversees and coordinates Hem Onc Division calendars, events, and other assignments as necessary.
Scheduled Days / Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30pm
Associate's degree preferred.
5-7 years of medical office experience required
3-5 years Manager/Supervisory experience in a medical office setting.
Epic experience preferred.
Excellent organizational, written/verbal communication and leadership skills.
Must know the principles and practices of business/medical administration.
Budget Monitoring experience preferred.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorites.
Must have a solid understanding of quality and regulatory standards.
Demonstrated performance of superior customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
