Oversees daily activities of Ambulatory Imaging Center to maintain and constantly improve patient flow, maximize staff productivity while ensuring that service provided is of highest clinical quality and produces outstanding customer experience.
Oversees the quality improvement activities of the department to ensure the highest clinical quality and safety. Oversees successful NJDEP Quality Assurance Program to include adherence with Joint Commission, ACR, and FDA/MQSA requirements.
Obtains appropriate documentation from technical staff as well as participate in Primary Sourcing to ensure staff is in compliance with State, National Accrediting Agencies, as well as compliance with all of Cooper’s policies and corporate compliance requirements to include Annual Safety Training, PPD, Fit Testing, Radiation Safety, and MRI Safety.
Scheduled Days / Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am to 5PM; License (or Certification):ARRT Required; License (or Certification):NJ-RADTECH Required
Minimum 5+ year’s clinical experience in imaging modality and at least 2-3 years of Supervisory/Managerial experience. B.S preferred.
