Provide leadership for the day to day operations of Respiratory Care Department/Services.
Manage Respiratory Assistants, Supervisors, Clinical Educator and Staff Therapists
Responsible for a comprehensive range of programs with the objectives of providing quick, friendly, high quality care to our patients, physicians and staff, and Radiologists.
Bring value to services available to patients and physicians, and improve the overall
customer experience and profitability of the service lines.
Insure Regulatory compliance and Performance Improvement initiatives are met.
Along with the Administrative Director develop and implement Strategic plan for growth and business development
Scheduled Days / Hours: Monday - Friday - hours will vary; include weekends when neccessary.
Education: Bachelors degree or Associate degree with 5+ years of Respiratory Care working experience with a minium of 2 years in a leadership/management position.
Certifications: New Jersey Respiratory Therapy license and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). American Heart Association BLS.
