Assures that all required food items are on the tray line, garnished properly, and at proper serving temperature at the beginning of mealtime. Always plans cooking duties to meet meal times without sacrificing quality. Consistently demonstrates the ability to keep up with assigned work load by providing food for short orders, cafeteria and tray line in an uninterrupted manner.
