Function as a coordinator for all CME activities sponsored by The Cooper Health System.
Function as a registrar for all external conferences and handle attendance records for all activities.
Provide office support under the direction of the Director of CME.
Individual must have the ability to work in high-volume and extremely detail-oriented environment.
Must relate to health care professionals and work under time constraints.
Scheduled Days / Hours: Monday - Friday - 1st shift
Associates Degree or extensive CME experience preferred.
3+ years of administrative experience, along with finance or accounting background and skills.
Must have advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Understanding excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy are required.
