Provides Administrative and management leadership for the Institute operations
including strategic/business planning, faculty/provider support, directing and control of activities and operations.
Reviews, interprets and reports key data.
Performs complex analysis to develop, recommend, and implement strategies to proactively
address and solve issues and problems.
Collaborates with executive management and other directors within the health system in
order to ensure the department is appropriately represented and all needs are met.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Communications with practice wide personnel including conceptualization and design, conflict resolution, counseling, interpretation of policies, knowledge of applicable laws, consultation and change management skills, mediation, networking, organization, planning, problem identification and resolution, project management, leadership, coaching and team building skills.
Must know the principles and practices of business/medical administration, management and accounting; must communicate effectively and clearly verbally and in writing.
Must possess the ability to establish goals, structures and processes necessary to implement a mission and strategic vision.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills required.
