Research internal and external best practices to design new business operating models for
care delivery redesign initiatives such as group visits, open access scheduling, etc.
Develop and manage project plans, lead team meetings, set tactical direction and tasks.
Coach and mentor project team including office staff, clinical staff, students, residents,
fellows, consultants, and interns.
Design and implement communication, training, and transition plans serving a broad
spectrum of key stakeholders including executive, clinical, administrative, staff, and support
Status reporting, risk management, issue escalation, and communication to ensure
initiatives are delivered within budget, on schedule, and within scope.
Scheduled Days / Hours: M-F 8-5p;
Knowledge, experience and success in managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to effectively diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex problems pertaining to business operations, organization development, customer satisfaction, and change management.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required; strong oral/written communication skills, including diplomacy and the ability to work with all disciplines, levels, and backgrounds, is also a must.
Exceptional strength in strategic thinking, analysis and problem solving, organizational leadership, collaboration, and a results-oriented vision and focus.
Strong analytical skills, and experience with performance improvement methodologies and data-driven decision-making.Ability to direct and manage multiple priorities, utilize effective time management skills, and exercise sound administrative judgment.
