Short Description

     Oversees all aspects of Administrative Coordinator for Administration.

Special Requirements

Scheduled Days / Hours: M - F

 

Education:

Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience:

3-5+ years prior experience as an Executive Secretary/Office Manager is required.

 

Excellent secretarial skills; outstanding organizational abilities; exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

 

Prior experience in a health care setting is preferred; and strong computer proficiency (MS Suite

including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
