  • Short Description

    Develop creative strategies for visual aspects of marketing materials including:

              Website pages and images, e-newsletters, social media posts images, marketing

              brochures, signage, posters, ads, digital billboards, digital TV slides, bus shelter ads,

              fliers and promotional displays for Cooper Foundation events, fundraising, programs

              and services.


         Ensures that all design pieces fit within the Cooper branding.


         Works with Foundation and Health System staff to create cohesive designs that reflect

         Cooper’s culture and goals.


         Works simultaneously on 5+ projects based on current Foundation workload.


         Provides creative ideas for advertising, marketing and other communications.


         Provides photographic support by re-touching and color correcting images.


         Creates, maintains and manages website HTML code banners and content.


         Updates and creates blog posts

    Special Requirements

    Scheduled Days / Hours: 40 per week


    Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing, or related discipline (Communications & Visual Communications)


    Extensive experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Raiser’s Edge, Net Community, Microsoft Word and Excel.


    Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.


    4+ years in commercial design


    Experience working in WordPress


    Adaptive design eye and skill.


    Excellent communication skills.


    Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.
