Primary duties include fostering an environment of service excellence, superior patient experience, employee and provider engagement; planning and supervising the daily activities of clinical and business operations in the assigned practice.
Implements and monitors compliance with enterprise-wide standard processes; optimizes resources.
Supports and operationalizes new growth initiatives.

Provides front end support as needed.
Scheduled Days / Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am to 430 p
High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Bachelor’s Science Degree preferred.
At least 2 years experience in a Medical environment required, supervisory experience preferred.
MS Office and PC proficient. EMR experience preferred.
