Performs Human Resources related duties and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, training, employment, labor relations, benefits and compensation.
Oversee and maintain the New Employee Orientation Process.
Acts as a liaison with department managers and the applicants, and also with employment agencies and advertising agencies.
Bachelor's Degree Required
3-5 Years of Recruitment Experience Required
Must possess strong customer service and communication skills to deal with all levels of employees.
Individual is able to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Must be flexible, adaptable, and dependable. Individual is the first point of contact for the department.
