Serves as first point of contact in the Human Resources department.
Responsible for addressing Customer Service related issue. Can handle high volume call and foot traffic.
Incumbent has general knowledge of Human Resources functions and is able to respond to routine questions/requests.
All other issues are directed and expedited to appropriate personnel.
Works as an idivdual or on a team to organize and execute departmental special projects, as needed.
High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Associate’s Degree preferred.
Must possess strong customer service and communication skills to deal with all levels of employees.
Individual is able to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Must be flexible, adaptable, and dependable.
Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications: Outlook, Word, Powerpoint (required); Excel, Lawson, and Kronos (preferred).
