Customer Service: Delivers meals to patients following proper scripting, using two patient
identifiers; assists patients with opening cartons, etc.
Process Room Service customer orders, including patient/family initiated orders and those
patients needing assistance .
Take phone calls and fax orders for all food requests.
Provides assistance with tray assembly as needed and/or acts as a Call Center Operator as
the job requires

3-5 years customer service/hospitality experience; call center experience preferred ; knowledge of diets helpful.
