Communicate with patients and insurance companies regarding co-pays, deductibles, denials, and Cost of Benefit (COB) issues;
Resolve accounts timely and effectively.

1 year healthcare billing experience
Scheduled Days / Hours: 40 hours per week; Education:DIPLOMA Required
Medical billing/coding knowledge;
Comfortable with MS Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Ability to successfully interact with insurance carriers, patients, and administration
