  • Short Description

    The BPCI Health Program Assistant will provide program support of all patient outreach and support activities.


    Provide oversight and development for new program initiatives as well as direct support to the organization’s executive, managerial, and clinical team. 


    Schedule and execute training on educational and promotional materials for outreach activities and support programs.


    Organizes various aspects of project activities, including communications, segmentation of populations, implementation, coordination across partners and partnering organizations, and program evaluation efforts (data reporting).


    Develops and maintains outcome measures for community projects.


    Competent in basic computer skills (including Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, and Power Point).


    Conducts basic research and literature review.

    Special Requirements

    Scheduled Days / Hours: Monday through Friday


    Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent clinical or healthcare experience.


    1-2 years of work experience in non-profit or corporate or corporate setting, healthcare field preferred.


    • Exceptional writing skills with ability to communicate to various levels of reading audiences.


    • Superior organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail required.


    • Proven ability to work collaboratively and productively with clinicians, administrators, patients, and other individuals from various backgrounds and skill sets.


    • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.


    • Able to manage multiple priorities, utilize effective time management skills, and exercise sound judgment.


    • Experience with EPIC & electronic medical records preferred


    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word,Excel)
