  • Short Description

    Lead management standardization for all AHI Medical Specialty divisions

     

    Direct liaison with AHI Medical Specialty division heads, physician leaders, and admin support staff to provide administrative and daily operational assistance, including but not limited to, provider onboarding, PTO policy management, patient complaint investigations, clinical workflow re-design, business planning, capital requests, etc.

     

    Develop a deep understanding of the current state Medical Specialty businesses, and develop recommendations for future state improvements through direct interaction with division providers and administrative support, attendance of division faculty meetings, etc.

     

    Lead the rollout of corporate and institute initiatives (ex: implementation of patient experience LDI tactics, physician communication improvement programs, schedule optimization projects, telephone handling protocol improvements, IT infrastructure upgrades, etc.)

     

    Responsible to ensure programs and tactics are implemented to meet division dashboard goals

     

    Team development - Assess division team structure, update team members roles/responsibilities – document processes to reduce reliance on tacit knowledge

     

    Primary point of contact with ambulatory operations, Patient Access Center, Access Business Services, schedule analysts to address problems and to improve operations – ex: EPIC upgrade, phone handling protocol implementations, schedule optimization, etc.

     

    Manage special projects including development of new programs

     

    Escalate operational, provider, patient complaint and other critical matters to AHI Specialties leadership

    Special Requirements

    Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Public Policy or related field preferred

     

    2 - 3 years experience in community based program planning/management, organization administration, or related work.

     

    Knowledge, experience and success in managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.

     

    Demonstrated ability to effectively diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex problems pertaining to business operations, organization development, customer satisfaction, and change management.

     

    Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required; strong oral/written communication skills, including diplomacy and the ability to work with all disciplines, levels, and backgrounds, is also a must.

     

    Exceptional strength in strategic thinking, analysis and problem solving, organizational leadership, collaboration, and a results-oriented vision and focus.

     

    Strong analytical skills, and experience with performance improvement methodologies and data-driven decision-making.

     

    Ability to direct and manage multiple priorities, utilize effective time management skills, and exercise sound administrative judgment.

     

    Scheduled Days / Hours: M-F: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
