Responsible for optimization of complex scheduling protocols, provider template build, data collection, reporting data, and department specific workflows.
Ensure all approved template changes follow change management procedures and protocols.
Performs in-depth analysis of custom reports to ensure adherence to organizational template standards and scheduling best practices.
Work closely with Ambulatory leadership team and Cooper partners to ensure master templates are published/modified on a rolling basis as planned.
Interact with all levels of management and staff. Must be able to function as part of a team providing a high level of quality service to all clients.
Must have the ability to be organized, take independent action and project Cooper’s values to both customer and co-workers.
Scheduled Days / Hours: 40;
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Word, Visio)
Must be able to obtain Epic Cadence proficiency/Epic Scheduling Strategy Badge within 90 days of hire.
