Responsible for the coordination and evaluation of educational programs for the
Department of Patient Care Services and functions as a leader and innovator in the pursuit of improved nursing practice and quality patient care.
This speciality is for cardiology and will cover Cath Lab, CCU and Interventional Cardiology.
Graduate from an NLN accredited school of nursing.
BSN required, MSN preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year of teaching.
Required License/Certifications/ Registration:
Current NJ-RN License, certification in specialty.
Role requires possible exposure to hazardous materials.
Demonstrates confidence in interpersonal relationship, leadership and effective communication skills.
Required lifting, reaching and handling of patients, charts, instruments, and equipment.
Must be able to walk and stand for most of a shift as necessary.
