The Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist provides advanced clinical pharmacy services in Oncology, with an ability to subspecialize, to ensure optimal safe and cost effective therapeutic regimens in collaboration with respective specialty disciplines.
Post graduate (PGY2) in Oncology required.
Oncology Board Certification preferred.
3-5 years preferred
Doctorate Degree.
New Jersey Pharmacy license required.
Postgraduate (PGY2) Residency in Oncology required.
