Researches legal issues and prepares legal opinions, memoranda and correspondence to aid in making decisions.
Composes, prepares and handles confidential correspondence, contracts, reports and other legal documents based on background and understanding of Cooper policies and procedures. Maintains and develops expertise about laws, regulations, and court decisions affecting Cooper Hospital’s legal issues.
Be able to multitask, work under pressure and meet scheduled deadlines. Prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently.
Edits work for spelling and grammar, present numerical data effectively and is able to read and interpret written information.
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.

At least one year of study at an ABA-accredited law school
