Short Description

Review every medication order and dosage for completeness, safety and efficacy prior to

      dispensing to an individual patient including routine, stat and investigational orders. 


      Maintain drug information, investigational, educational, cost containment and clinical


Experience Required

1 year Hospital Pharmacy experience required, prior clinical Pharmacy monitoring experience preferred.

Education Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from accredited School of Pharmacy

License/Certification Requirements

Current NJ-PHARMAC - New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure

Special Requirements

Scheduled Days / Hours: ER weekends evenings as needed; License (or Certification):NJ-PHARMAC Required; Education:BACH-PHARM Preferred; Education:PHD-PHARM Preferred
