Review every medication order and dosage for completeness, safety and efficacy prior to
dispensing to an individual patient including routine, stat and investigational orders.
Maintain drug information, investigational, educational, cost containment and clinical
programs
1 year Hospital Pharmacy experience required, prior clinical Pharmacy monitoring experience preferred.
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from accredited School of Pharmacy. |
Current NJ-PHARMAC - New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure
License (or Certification):NJ-PHARMAC Required; Education:BACH-PHARM Preferred; Education:PHD-PHARM Preferred
