The Clinical Educator II is a nursing professional who is responsible for a variety of training and developmental duties in healthcare.
The Clinical Educator II possesses master-level competencies to ensure nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel have the skills and training to succeed in their individualized units or specialty.
At least (3) years nursing clinical practice in direct patient care.
Bachelor of Nursing required. Master degree in business administration, education, or nurse executive required.
Valid NJ license required.
BLS required, ACLS and speciality certification preferred.
Critical thinking skills related to evidence base interventions with the ability to synthesize and apply to clinical practice.
