Maintains a courteous and professional manner toward all patients.
Performs CAT Scan procedures following protocols established by the Radiologists.
Performs IR procedures such as biopsies and drainages.
Maintenance of equipment/supplies, maintains paperwork associated with job function.
Maintains clean and neat work area.
Participation in clinical activities (i.e. assists with patient flow/care, assists provider, etc.)
Adheres to departmental policies and procedures.
Excellent organizational and communication skills needed to effectively orchestrate daily workflow of patients.
Participates in Departmental On Call and Holiday Requirements.
General, Trauma and ED;
Experience with Pediatrics and Cardiac preferred but not necessary
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Current BLS Certification (Basic Life Support).
Current ARRT License (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
Current NJ-RADTECH License (Radiologic Technologist
Scheduled Days / Hours: Tr/Fr and E/O Sa/Su 4p-4a; License (or Certification):ARRT Required; License (or Certification):BLS Required; License (or Certification):NJ-RADTECH Required
ARRT Board Certified in Computed Tomography preferred. If not at the time of hire, within 12 months of employment.
