Provides psychosocial assessments and short-term counseling services for employee
population of internal/external Employee Assistance Program for issues affecting
job-related performance and/or personal well-being.
Evaluates and refers to outside treatment, counseling, or community resources when
necessary.
Conducts in-service trainings and management consultations.
Assists director in organizational development interventions, involvement in committees
and special projects.
Provides crisis intervention services.
Master’s Degree required.
Current NJ-SW license as a Social Worker.
Scheduled Days / Hours: Tues and Thurs eves 4p-8p; License (or Certification):LAC Preferred; License (or Certification):LCSW Preferred; License (or Certification):LPC Preferred; License (or Certification):NJ-LSW Preferred; Education:MASTERS Required
