Assumes responsibility for record keeping, and intra-departmental and Inter-departmental communications.
Previous hospital unit secretary, medical office assistant or medical records experience preferred.
Additional unit-specific qualification may be required.
Clerical, communication and customer service experience a plus.
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Unit Secretary certification is desirable.
Other qualifications: Computer literate, comfortable with Microsoft Office software.
Scheduled Days / Hours: full time dayshift with rotation
