The Laboratory Manager oversees all technical, managerial and financial areas of the Flow Cytometry Laboratory. This laboratory primarily supports testing for the MD Anderson cancer patients, including cellular therapies. She/he is responsible for ensuring all regulatory requirements of the applicable agencies are met and compliance is ongoing.
Three to five years progressive clinical laboratory experience and/or related management experience preferred. |
Completion of an accredited laboratory science program is preferred. Bachelor’s degree required for technical areas
Excellent problem solving skills; ability to identify problems and offer solutions. |

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and respect opinions of others. |

Experience with Microsoft Office and other computer applications, including LIS. |
