Short Description

ADVANCED PRACTICED PROVIDER (APP) - Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant - ENT 

 

Cooper University Healthcare, Division of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery is looking to hire an outstanding Advanced Practice Provider (APN or PA) to join our collegial team of providers which includes: Attending ENT Surgeons, and Advanced Practice Providers (APP). The APP will provide excellent patient-centered care for adult and pediatric patients with ENT and head & neck problems. This position will be an outpatient provider position. 

 

The APP will work with a team that consists of surgeons, nurse practitioners and residents to manage new, follow up and post op patients. The APP will perform ENT procedures, such as fiberoptic scope exams, drainage abscesses, control of epistaxis, ear exams, biopsies, tracheostomy care and tracheostomy tube changes, etc. 

Education Requirements

Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant 

License/Certification Requirements

New Jersey License: APN and RN or PA

American Heart Association BLS and ACLS

Certification: NCCPA

Special Requirements

Schedule Days/Hours: Full time - varies.
