Short Description

Responsible for helping deaf or hearing-impaired patients/individuals understand what is being said in a Medical setting.  Must be familiar and understand the subject matter and medical terms so that an accurate translation can be provided to the patient.

Experience Required

  • 2 years in healthcare setting

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required. BS preferred

License/Certification Requirements

  • ASL certification
