The Admin Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Administrative Director of the Ripa Center by managing special projects and assisting with various administrative tasks. This individual will collaborate on special projects that enhance the operations of the Ripa Center, assist with deposit reconciliation to ensure accurate financial tracking, support the daily functions of the center, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. This person will oversee the ordering of supplies and equipment to meet the center’s needs. This person will provide assistance to patients as needed, helping them navigate the services and resources available at the Ripa Center and throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting our mission. Strong emphasis on customer service.
