Short Description

The Manager of Identity and Access Management (IAM) will lead and manage the IAM team, ensuring the effective provisioning, deprovisioning, and management of user identities across the organization. This role will focus on integrating the IAM functions with the Provider Database (SER) and Epic Security Analyst teams to create a cohesive unit that enhances operational efficiency, reduces errors, and improves patient and team member satisfaction

Experience Required

6-10 years experience

Education Requirements

Bachelors' required, Masters preferred

Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration

License/Certification Requirements

Epic Security preferred

Will send to Epic Security Training if required

Special Requirements

Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of IAM prinples, technologies and best practices
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and various stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
