The Oncology Pharmacist provides clinical pharmacy review of oncology/related medication therapy regimens for accuracy of dosing to ensure optimal safe and cost effective therapeutic regimens in collaboration with specialty physicians and research teams.
3-5 years required
Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience)
PGY1 preferred or BCOP ( or equivalent clinically relevant oncology experience)
Doctorate Degree Required
New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months)
PGY-1 (or clinically relevant experience) preferred
Oncology Board Certification (or eligible within 2 years)
