The Director of IT Business Relationship Management (BRM) for working with the Cooper institutes on their strategies and KPIs as they related to technology. This role also oversees the Southeastern Region of Cooper University Health Care, including Cooper University Health Care Cape Regional, serving as the primary liaison. This role is critical in aligning IT initiatives with the strategic goals of the organization, ensuring that technology solutions effectively support business needs.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management
Bachelor's Degree Required
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and initiatives, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on aligning IT initiatives with business needs.
Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
