This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of diagnostic results, directly impacting patient care, safety, and treatment decisions. By performing essential laboratory support functions and stepping into phlebotomy duties as needed, the role ensures seamless operations across Cooper University Health Care’s laboratory services.
