Clinical: Provide psychological consultation and psychotherapeutic intervention for individual outpatient health psychology population. The role involves managing and setting up leave of absences for various employees across the organization, including but not limited to FMLA, NJFLA, ADA Accommodations and Workers Compensation.   The LOA Specialist is the first point of contact to establish leave setup, tracking, maintenance, and approvals of both continuous and intermittent leaves.
