This job performs general diagnostic studies fo5r all patient populations and is responsible for overseeing daily activities within assigned department to maintain patient flow, ensure maximum staff productivity, and assure that services provided is one of the highest clinical qualities. 

The Phlebotomy Technician is primarily responsible for collecting specimens for laboratory testing in the inpatient setting. Patients may range from newborn through older adults.
