Maintain a strong focus on detail, reference ranges, and clinical relevancy. This position primarily provides administrative and clerical support for Gastroeneterolgy Division and Providers. The position will support patient access by managing provider schedules and the scheduling of patients. They will process requests that include medication refills and prior authorizatons. Chart prep, as needed, and assisting with Institute projects is required. They will need to view shedules throughout the day, support HeroCare/VIP patients, correct urgent issues like scheduling, changes and instructions. They will assist in managing pools, CVs for providers, and legal requests. The position is required to work in Camden at Haddon Team site, as needed.  

The Vascular Technologist performs studies ordered by physicians, keeping accurate records and ensuring equipment is in proper working order through the Biomedical department. All studies are performed according to department policy and procedures which are ICAVL accredited. Performs QA quarterly and assists with reaccreditation.
