- This position will report up through the AVP of CHI and will serve in a dyad role with the CHI Administrative Director. - The Director of Clinical Operations will be responsible for the oversight of all clinical operations, clinical quality and performance, and all non-provider clinical team members in CHI. - This position will also contribute significantly in the achievement of CHI'S strategic objectives and deliverables. - In addition, this position will serve as a primary partner with inter-organizational and external organizational partnerships.

A nonexempt position responsible for the medical assistant care under the supervision of physicians, providers and/or registered nurse(s) in various ambulatory settings. Clinical direction, oversight and competency review is provided by medical providers and ambulatory professional development team in coordination with office management. - Linkage to care point person for newly identified HIV infected persons enrolling in Cooper EIP medical care services.  Re-engage HIV infected persons lost to care.  Provide partner services to new and existing HIV infected patients.  Work collaboratively with the medical care team providing patient counseling for management of medical treatment care plan. - Employ social networking strategies with new and existing HIV-infected patients to bring additional social contacts in for HIV testing.  Provide prevention counseling/strategies such as CLEAR, ARTAS, or Partners in Health for patients and their families..  - This position’s role is key in the implementation of multi-disciplinary care.

- The Research Coordinator will independently manage key aspects of sponsored and investigator-initiated trials within Cooper Neurological Institute. This includes project planning, scheduling and administering research study activities, and ensuring that study protocols and regulatory requirements are followed.

Postdoctoral position to study developmental biology in the lung is available effective immediately at the Bhandari Lab at The Children’s Regional Hospital at Cooper/Cooper University Health Care. Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree. The focus of the lab is in understanding the mechanisms of maturation and hyperoxia-induced injury and repair in the developing lung.
