Responsible for supporting the ED clinical team in provision of patient care. In a CAP-accredited laboratory, perform waived, moderate, and high-complexity testing while ensuring accuracy and timely results through adherence to QC and QA methodologies. Maintain a strong focus on detail, reference ranges, and clinical relevancy. Assist with specimen receiving, respond to pneumatic tube requests, and handle phone inquiries with professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
