The Senior Financial Navigation and Training Analyst (SFNTA) serves as trainer, quality assurance analysts, and program growth developer for the Patient Financial Navigation Program. SFNTA acts as the first point of contact for team members and provides guidance, training, and support as needed. The SFNTA will coordinate and reassign work assignments as well as manage the responsibilities of estimating related work queues. Identifies process and/or workflow issues and keeps track of issues, discusses them with the team, and brainstorms possible solutions to present to the Manager.

- Works in collaboration with Vascular Providers, Navix Team and Manager to schedule appointments and gather images/reports for patients seeing the Vascular Surgery Team.
This role provides administrative and clerical support for Division of Gastroenterology and Providers.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting patient access by scheduling appointments, managing provider calendars, and ensuring schedules are optimized and utilized efficiently.
- Monitoring Epic throughout the day, addressing urgent issues, and providing support for HeroCare and VIP patients.
- Assisting with projects, as needed, as well as CVs, letters, licenses, legal requests, etc.

The Vascular Technologist performs studies ordered by physicians, keeping accurate records and ensuring equipment is in proper working order through the Biomedical department. All studies are performed according to department policy and procedures which are ICAVL accredited. Performs QA quarterly and assists with reaccreditation.
