The Community Health Assistant will provide both clinical and administrative support and coordination to all community outreach activities.      Attend outreach activities as directed and support community based programs with supplying educational and promotional materials.    Responsible for scheduling activities, ordering supplies, and submitting reimbursements for community health staff.
