- Ensure all verbal communication with customers, staff, and volunteers is clear, concise, complete, friendly, and appropriate. Assist other members of the staff by answering questions and solving problems.

The Clinical Nurse Manager will provide the knowledge, skill, and expertise necessary to successfully support the day to day operations of the clinical unit.
The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible to:
- Oversee assignments.
- Assist in quality and throughput goals.
- Support staff engagement by serving the unit in a consistent, supportive, and compassionate manner.
- Role model/mentor clinical staff to address patient needs effectively.
- Supports quality patient care and organizational priorities at the direction of the Clinical Director.
- Identify and support the elements of improved care quality care using HRO principles.

Provides emergent case management services for EIP patients as needed.
Complete case management assessments and develop client service care plans.
Monitor and evaluate service care plans quarterly.
Assess all EIP clients requesting or referred for CM services and identify immediate/urgent
needs and take appropriate action.
