This working bench supervisor role is responsible for maintaining efficient laboratory workflows, monitoring supply utilization, ensuring specimen integrity, overseeing test analysis, managing staff performance, and participating in the on-call rotation.

The Registered RN is a professional caregiver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who supervises and provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self.   - Follows established policies and procedures.  - Communicates openly with internal customers and supervisors.

Performs laundering and related assignments necessary to the collection, processing, and distribution of linen throughout the system. Keeps waiting rooms, lounges, and staff areas tidy.
