Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), assists with patients’ activities of daily living and plan of care. Communicates with and supports healthcare team, patients and/or patient’s family or significant other(s). Maintains and demonstrates high standards of professional ethics.

3-5 years’ direct experience in customer service and direct patient care model, the ability to exercise sound administrative judgement when needed, a forward thinker and embrace innovation to creatively problem solve and serves as the subject matter expert for high quality concierge customer service. He/she assumes responsibility to ensure access to care is met within the Cooper Integrated Specialist Network. The clinical/admin DPC advocate is the liaison for the DPC clinicians and work directly with patients to schedule appointments and answering/addressing all incoming emails to the DPC practice. The Clinical/Admin DPC Advocate will provide MA support to include EKG, vital screening, hearing, and additional requests when needed. Ordering bloodwork script for physicians....

This role will support the Mobile Health Care Unit (MHCU) team by driving the MHCU to and from community-service sites across Camden City and Camden County.   In addition to driving, the driver will prepare the vehicle for transportation and assist with clinic set up, take down (benches, easy-up, etc), as well as refilling gas and water as needed.   Attach and detach MHCU trailer to vehicle and prepare for transport/return to parking as described in pre-trip and post-trip checklists    Transport the MHCU to and from prescheduled sites using an approved Cooper vehicle...
