The Clinical Nurse Manager will provide the knowledge, skill, and expertise necessary to successfully support the day to day operations of the clinical unit.   The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible to: - Oversee assignments. - Assist in quality and throughput goals. - Support staff engagement by serving the unit in a consistent, supportive, and compassionate manner. - Role model/mentor clinical staff to address patient needs effectively. - Supports quality patient care and organizational priorities at the direction of the Clinical Director. - Identify and support the elements of improved care quality care using HRO principles.

The Registered RN is a professional care-giver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who supervises and provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self. Follows established policies and procedures. Communicates openly with internal customers and supervisors. - Interviews and screen patients prior to MRI procedures to ensure there are no safety concerns/contraindication.                                      - Performs MRI procedures following the protocols established by the Radiologists. - Begins studies, transfers images, documents patient history, and completes studies in EPIC / EMR and PACS system
