Responsible for supporting the ED clinical team in provision of patient care. Making referrals to vendors. Obtaining insurance authorizations. Assist with copying, faxing and form completion. Maintaining of share drive resources. Coordination of transportation. Working work ques and entering of data into electronic medical record.
- Ensure all verbal communication with customers, staff, and volunteers is clear, concise, complete, friendly, and appropriate. Assist other members of the staff by answering questions and solving problems.
- Clean fitting rooms and help each other run the clothing back to the floor throughout the day
- Check, clean, and replenish the racks on the sales floor.
- Complete the opening and closing task lists.
- Fill in daily recap sheet with the day’s sales & activities, run the nightly reports, and scan in the reports in the mornings.
- Ring up customers, reconcile the cash register, ascertain the nightly deposit, and double count it to make sure it is correct.

The Clinical Nurse Manager will provide the knowledge, skill, and expertise necessary to successfully support the day to day operations of the clinical unit.
The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible to:
- Oversee assignments.
- Assist in quality and throughput goals.
- Support staff engagement by serving the unit in a consistent, supportive, and compassionate manner.
- Role model/mentor clinical staff to address patient needs effectively.
- Supports quality patient care and organizational priorities at the direction of the Clinical Director.
- Identify and support the elements of improved care quality care using HRO principles.
Assist Billing Supervisor and/or Manager in monitoring team member’s performance against department standards.
Performs billing functions.
Provides excellent customer service.
Interfaces with all levels of staff and management.
