Assist the Directors, Administrative Managers and Nurse Managers in maintaining
appropriate staffing levels as recommended by the patient classification system, and in a
cost-effective manner by utilizing Pool, reducing overtime, and eliminating agency usage
whenever possible
Responsible for supporting the ED clinical team in provision of patient care. This includes environmental readiness, assistance with procedures/care, carrying out specific duties, and effective communication. Support departmental initiatives including but not limited to patient throughput and customer service initiatives.
The Pediatric Emergency Care Coordinator (PECC) works in collaboration with the nursing leadership team, providers, registered nurses, technicians, and pre-hospital emergency medical staff to plan, direct and evaluate the care provided to pediatric patients and their families. The PECC possesses expert clinical knowledge, which is applied systematically and continuously for collection of data in collaboration with multidisciplinary members to provide therapeutic care for the pediatric patient and/or family. The PECC communicates effectively and works collaboratively to facilitate evidence-based, standardized practice amongst the multi-disciplinary team. They are skilled in problem solving techniques, team development, and provide feedback to both staff and administration.
Responsible for registration functions (such as registration, insurance verification, patient safety and compliance, revenue collections, resource referrals, and customer service) in a fast paced, high volume Emergency Department that provides 24/7 service.

Cooper University Hospital Interventional Radiology department is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider to join our collaborative team of physicians and practitioners who use advanced imaging and other innovative methods to assess and treat complex conditions less invasively and with unprecedented precision.
Round on patients and provide service recovery to decrease the number of complaints and grievances while also overseeing the Patient Experience Advisors, taking the lead for orientation, and coaching while doing validations. Maintains a heavier case load than other Advisors. Collaborates with Clinical staff on complex patient issues. Reviews all data entered by rounders into EARS to ensure accurate reporting. Creates solutions for reoccurring problems and provides process improvement. Serves as the lead when Director is out for weekly reporting to Administration.
