- To obtain 2D and 3D echocardiograms with color and Spectral Doppler at the patient’s bedside and in Echo Lab. - Perform Stress Echocardiograms and Dobutamine Stress echocardiograms as requested. - Assist Cardiologist with TEE and Intracardiac Echo in the Cardiac Cath Lab. - Rotate hospital on call schedule, arriving within 45 minutes of call

 The Flow Manager’s primary responsibility will be to facilitate flow through the unit. He/she will delegate care to the care teams and assignments , ensuring that workload is balanced and delegates tasks appropriately, employing resources as needed to assure quality and efficient care. Ensures staff coverage. Ensures the delivery of patient care through the coordination of customer services and the leadership and management of the Department at the direction of the Clinical Director/Director of Operations. This position assists the Director of Operatons in coordinating interdepartmental and ancillary activities to ensure quality, cost-effective patient care. This position will support the department in Patient and Staff Engagement initiatives including but not limited to employee rounding, patient rounding with coaching staff, feedback and holding staff accountable to expected behaviors. Assists the Director of Operations in leading the patient care team to meet the needs of the customers and to achieve departmental objectives. Assumes responsibility and accountability for the direction and implementation of patient care services within the unit under the direction of the Director of Operations. Accountable for daily infection prevention practices –A designee will be appointed in the event the flow manager is not on-site.

Evaluation, assessment and treatment of patients in the outpatient setting. Oversite of physical therapist assistants, aides and front desk staff. Communication with patients, families and other members of the health care team.

Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - OB/GYN Mooretown, NJ    Assume responsibility for advanced nursing practice within a clinical specialty. In consultation with other members of the health care team, strengthens nursing practice and promotes positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of patients, staff and patient education, and research. Serve as a significant member of the multidisciplinary health care team in the inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.

The Clinical Nurse Manager will provide the knowledge, skill, and expertise necessary to successfully support the daily operations of the clinical unit while supporting unit alignment with organizational mission, vision, and goals. - Support and maintain successful unit-based throughput efforts through the facilitation of appropriate and timely bed assignments resulting in fair, safe, and balanced clinical workloads for all clinical team members. - Ensure that all available resources are utilized in an efficient, effective, fiscally responsible manner that supports the delivery of safe, high-quality care to all patients. - Identify, implement, and support the deployment of evidence-based interventions designed to maximize successful input, throughput and output-related processes. - Support staff engagement by serving the unit in a consistent, supportive, compassionate, and nurturing manner. - Facilitate the successful and appropriate allocation of clinical resources through preemptive planning while also demonstrating the ability to execute safe and clinically appropriate strategies to address urgent and emergent clinical needs. - Serve as a role model/mentor empowering all clinical staff to identify innovative solutions to address patient needs while ensuring all clinical staff receive the support needed to practice in alignment with the full scope of their clinical role. - Support and empower the clinical team in the implementation of successful evidence-based practice changes in effort to address opportunities for improvement that are identified through quality, process, and performance improvement efforts. - Ensures the delivery of quality patient care through the coordination of organizational priorities at the direction of the Clinical Director. Assists the Clinical Director in coordinating interdepartmental and ancillary activities to ensure quality, cost-effective patient care. - Lead the collaboration of inter-professional care teams to achieve successful clinical outcomes for all patients. - Identify and support the elements of improved care quality including, improvements in nursing sensitive care quality indicators (NDNQI), effective care coordination, mitigation of gaps /omissions in care, prevention of potential errors from reaching the bedside.

Support the office of the Administrative Director Strategic Business Growth for Surgical Services Institute and manage the administrative financial responsibilities of the Department of Surgery.    Function as payable/purchasing liaison & timekeeper for the Department.    Contact person for division managers, providers, administrators and outside vendors.    Support the financial and operational efforts of the Department of Surgery.
